Our Swimmers
We welcome athletes ages 5–18 from King George, Westmoreland, and surrounding counties. Our team includes year-round competitive swimmers and those trying organized sports for the first time.
- Level 1 (Ages 5–8): Building confidence and fundamentals.
- Level 2 (Ages 9–12): Developing technique and endurance.
- Level 3 (Ages 13–18): Refining skills and leadership.
We believe that every child who wants to swim should have the opportunity to participate in competitive swimming. That’s why we structure our meets to give as many swimmers as possible the chance to race and qualify for Finals.
Our Coaches
Our coaching staff brings passion, expertise, and genuine care for every swimmer’s development. Each season, we’re fortunate to have coaches who have swum competitively themselves, many with RSL teams, high school programs, and even at the collegiate level. They understand what it takes to help young athletes thrive because they’ve been in those lanes themselves, and they love the sport.
Our coaching staff puts swimmers first. Every practice plan, every word of encouragement, every technique correction is designed with your child’s growth and confidence in mind. They’re not just teaching strokes, they’re building relationships, celebrating progress, and creating an environment where kids genuinely can’t wait to show up to practice.
Year after year, our coaching team brings the perfect blend of knowledge, enthusiasm, and heart to the pool deck.

Our Families
Our families go beyond just getting their swimmers to practice and the meets; they are the backbone of our team. Our meets require at least 60 parent volunteers to run smoothly, and our families show up, timing races, running ribbons, making tacos at concessions, and more.
New to the swim team? Don’t worry. We have positions for every comfort level and plenty of experienced parents ready to show you the ropes. By the end of the season, you’ll be a swim meet pro.
Our Board
The Sharks are guided by a dedicated board of volunteers who handle everything from registration and finances to RSL representation and meet logistics. These are parents, grandparents, and community members who give their time because they believe in what we’re building here.
